Cookies Policy
Version 1.0 — Last updated: 20 August 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Screenflex uses, what each one is for, and how to control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site recognise your browser between pages and between visits.
We also use technologies that behave like cookies, such as local storage in your browser. Everything said below about cookies applies to those as well.
2. What we use them for
We use cookies in order to:
keep you signed in and recognise you as you move between pages;
remember your settings, such as your language and your display preferences;
keep the service secure and detect abnormal activity;
understand how the Site is used so that we can improve it.
3. Types of cookies we use
The cookies we place fall into three groups:
Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site and the Platform to work, including authentication and security. These cannot be refused, because without them the service does not function.
Preference cookies: remember your choices, such as your language, so you do not set them again on every visit.
Measurement cookies: tell us which pages are visited and how, in aggregate. These are placed only with your consent.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by services we use rather than by us:
Google Analytics, to measure audience and use of the Site, in aggregate.
The scheduling tool we use for demonstration bookings, on the pages where it appears.
These providers process the data under their own policies, over which we have no control. Refusing measurement cookies prevents them from being placed.
5. Your consent
Strictly necessary cookies are placed as soon as you arrive, because the service cannot work without them. Every other cookie is placed only after you have consented.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not undo what was collected beforehand.
Refusing non-essential cookies does not restrict your access to the Site or the Platform.
6. Managing cookies
You can control cookies from your browser at any time:
Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies.
Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data.
Safari: Settings, then Privacy.
Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
Deleting or blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and may prevent parts of the Platform from working.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the tools we use change. The version published on the Site is the one in force.
Where we add a category of cookie that requires consent, we will ask for it before placing the cookie.
