2. Introduction
Screenflex processes personal data in accordance with organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, under the supervision of the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
Screenflex, identified in article 1, is the data controller for the processing described below.
3. Data we collect
We collect only what we need in order to run the service:
Account data: your name, email address, telephone number, company name and role.
Billing data: billing address, tax identification number where applicable, and the history of your orders and invoices.
Content data: the images, videos, audio and designs you upload, and how you organise them.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and pages viewed.
Screen data: the identifier, status, connection history and playback logs of each screen linked to your account.
4. Why we use it
We use the data described above in order to:
create and administer your account and authenticate you;
supply the Platform and broadcast your content to your screens;
process your orders, take payment and issue invoices;
provide support and answer your requests;
keep the Platform secure, detect misuse and prevent fraud;
meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
5. On what basis
Each processing operation rests on a defined basis: the performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, our legitimate interest in securing the service, or your consent.
Where processing rests on your consent — marketing emails and non-essential cookies — you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it.
Processing subject to declaration or authorisation is carried out in accordance with the formalities required by law.
6. Who we share it with
Screenflex does not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only with the categories of recipient we need in order to run the service:
our hosting and infrastructure providers;
the payment institution processing your transaction, including La Poste Tunisienne;
the providers of the analytics and support tools we use;
public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
Our providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We tell them what they may do with the data, and they may not do anything else with it.
7. Payment data
Screenflex never has access to your card number.
Card details are entered directly on the servers of the payment institution, in an encrypted environment. We receive only the outcome of the transaction and the information we need in order to invoice you.
8. How long we keep it
We keep data no longer than we need it:
Account data: for as long as your account is open, then thirty (30) days after closure.
Content data: for as long as it remains in your account, then thirty (30) days after closure.
Billing and accounting data: for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Technical and log data: for a maximum of twelve (12) months.
9. How we protect it
We implement technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk: encryption in transit, access controls, separation of environments, and logging of administrative actions.
No system is perfectly secure. Should a breach affect your data and be likely to create a risk for you, we will inform you and the competent authority without undue delay.
10. Your rights
In respect of data concerning you, you have the right to:
obtain access to it and a copy of it;
have inaccurate data corrected;
have data deleted where we no longer have grounds to keep it;
object to processing that rests on our legitimate interest;
withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@screenflex.pro. We answer within thirty (30) days and may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.
11. Complaints
If you consider that we have not respected your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
We would rather hear from you first: write to contact@screenflex.pro and we will look into it.
12. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site and on the Platform.
Which cookies we use, what each one does, and how to refuse or delete them are set out in our Cookies Policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published on the Site is the one in force.
Where a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will tell you by email or through the Platform before it takes effect.
