How can I make payments for ScreenFlex plans?
Payment is made online, in full, when you place your order. We accept La Poste Tunisienne cards (e-DINAR Smart and e-DINAR Universel), national bank cards on the Tunisian interbank network (CIB), and Visa and Mastercard international cards. Transactions are processed by the secure payment platform of La Poste Tunisienne: your card details are entered on the payment institution's own servers, and Screenflex never sees or stores your card number.

Do the prices vary based on my country or region?
Yes, pricing may vary depending on your country or region due to factors such as taxes and currency exchange rates. You can check the pricing details during the signup process or contact our support team for specific information.
What currency is used for billing?
Customers in Tunisia are billed in Tunisian dinars (TND), inclusive of all taxes, with VAT at the statutory rate of 19% already included in the price you see. The applicable price is the one displayed on this page on the day you order.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the service?
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. Because access to the service opens immediately when you order, the ten working day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once you have asked for that immediate activation. It does apply to hardware, from the day you receive it. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Are there any hidden fees in addition to the subscription price?
No. The price shown is the price you pay, taxes included. The only charge that can be added is hardware delivery, and it is shown separately before you confirm your order. Subscriptions renew at the price in force, and we tell you at least thirty days in advance if that price changes.
